Damaged Shipments Acknowledgement
All orders are completely inspected and carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. Please inspect shipments immediately for any damage before accepting delivery.
Please report any damage to the carrier immediately and contact customer services at US Patent Services (800-872-4962, e-mail email@example.com, or fax 262.375.7509 within 30 days of delivery. Retain all damaged packaging and products for inspection.
