Question: How do I send my corporate logo?

Answer: You can send it to email address:
The corporate logo needs to be a .tif or .eps file and at least a 300 dpi resolution. Please send your name and patent number with the corporate logo.

Question: How long will my order take?

Answer: Once the order is processed our turn around is two to three weeks.

Question: What is the charge for shipping?

Answer: We charge $9.00 per item for domestic shipping only. If international shipping is needed we will contact you prior to processing the order to give you an accurate shipping cost. We do offer FREE SHIPPING for orders that are $1,000 or more.

Question: What if I need my items before two to three weeks?

Answer: Please call toll free at 1-800-872-4962 and lets us know the specific delivery date. We may have to charge a rush fee and/or expedited shipping.

Question: Do I need to send a copy of my patent?

Answer: No, all we need is a patent number. We do all of our research through the U.S. Patent and Trademark website.

Question: What does prestige mount mean?

Answer: A double plate mount featuring a highly polished border plate.

Question: What does personalization mean?

Answer: Personalization is the exact spelling of the person or company you would like to appear in large, bold font on the item you are ordering.

Question: Is there a way to confirm that my order was received?

Answer: Once the order is placed and processed we send an order conformation by an email to all of our customers. We also send a shipping conformation once the items have shipped.

Question: What if I am not satisfied with the item I received?

Answer: All of our products are backed by an unconditional guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason we will replace the item or refund your money.
